Certifications/Licenses:

• ACLS
• BLS/BCLS
• RN License for state WI

Mandatory Experience:

• RN Med Surg
• 5+ years experience
• Prefer Ortho, Cardiac, Peds, telemetry and Epic experience
• EMR Used EPIC
