RN Supervisor

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead compassionate care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will oversee clinical operations, guide LVNs and nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for seniors in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication management, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
