Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives . This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in sales , with a strong emphasis on professional development and advancement based on performance .

No prior sales experience is required —however, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands by promoting products and services directly to customers
Build relationships with homeowners to support residential business development
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Learn and implement proven sales strategies and techniques
Collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Weekly base pay or performance-based pay structure
