If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Third-Party Risk to join our Global Operations Group which is part of KPMG International.Responsibilities:Coordinate implementation and ongoing operation of the Global Third-Party Risk Management Framework, standards, procedures, and governance activities across the supplier lifecycleSupport risk-based reviews of critical and strategic suppliers by coordinating assurance activities, collecting evidence, documenting findings, and tracking remediation to closureMaintain accurate supplier inventories, criticality assessments, service dependencies, ownership information, and risk data across Global Functions and Member FirmsCoordinate supplier assurance and resilience testing, including review of business continuity, recovery, compliance, security, privacy, and control evidencePrepare dashboards, management reports, executive materials, and risk insights covering supplier performance, conformance, dependencies, issues, and emerging third-party risksPartner with Procurement, Risk, Legal, Information Security, business stakeholders, and Member Firms to improve program consistency, stakeholder engagement, and third-party risk outcomesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in third-party risk management, supplier governance, operational resilience, business continuity, procurement risk, or related disciplineBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or eight years equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications in third-party risk, resilience, business continuity, information security, or project management are a plusProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and experience developing or interpreting dashboards, reports, and management information using tools such as Power BIDemonstrated knowledge of third-party management frameworks, supplier lifecycle processes, risk assessment methodologies, and ongoing monitoring practicesExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders across risk, procurement, legal, information security, and business teamsStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex supplier risks into actionable business insightsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visaKPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
