Ever Guard roofing & painting is seeking an apprentice level team member to support hands-on work at our onsite location in Gig Harbor, WA.

Position Summary

This apprentice level role is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a practical, team-focused environment. You'll assist with day-to-day tasks under the guidance of experienced team members while building foundational skills and confidence in your craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assigned tasks and follow established procedures and safety expectations
• Learn through on-the-job training and apply feedback to improve performance
• Support daily operations by preparing materials, organizing work areas, and completing routine assignments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and peers to ensure tasks are completed accurately

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow direction in a structured, team-based setting
• Ability to work onsite in Gig Harbor, WA as scheduled for part-time hours
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to completing assigned tasks

Compensation
