Job Summary: CDL A Driver will be responsible for safely operating a 10-wheel flatbed truck with a capacity of up to 54,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). This position is considered a safety-sensitive position. All actions, responsibilities, and job duties must be performed safely following the company and DOT safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities may include:

• Valid Class A CDL driver’s license and at least 21 years of age
• Forklift, conveyor belt operation, and Teledyne experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual or automatic transmission.
• Must have a current medical card and follow all FMCSA-mandated policies applicable to CDL drivers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain detailed driving and activity logs, and report issues/incidents to dispatch.
• As a CDL A driver, the position may require the operation of a conveyor truck, including a Teledyne.
• Ensure proper loading and securement of delivery loads. Notify management of delivery or maintenance issues.

Physical/Work Environment:

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass all physical requirements by regulations.
• Must be able to load and unload products with weights ranging from 70-100 lbs. consistently.
