PRN Physical Therapist

We're hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide in-home care across Prince George's County, Maryland. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PT work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for PTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours. New grads welcome — mentorship provided.

Pick up visits based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way

Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients

Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver rehabilitation services focused on strength, balance, and mobility

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Maryland (or eligible)

New grads welcome — mentorship provided

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Based out of our Beltsville office, we cover Prince George's County — Upper Marlboro (20772), Hyattsville (20782, 20783), Landover (20785), and surrounding communities. You'll generally work the ZIP codes closest to where you live.
