The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, multi-location Team: Commercial Banking Program Team, reporting into the National Program Director Mission: Manages the execution of early talent programming and supports day-to-day program management for Commercial Banking’s Analyst and Associate populations. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) What You’ll Actually Do Guide early talent programs, supporting end-to‑end execution across onboarding, recruiting, training, rotations, and post-program placement. Analyze program data, including rosters, participation, outcomes, and survey data, to inform decisions, identify trends, and enhance the analyst experience. Facilitate staffing and rotation logistics, working closely with analyst resource managers to support execution and resolve issues. Generate and distribute executive‑ready reporting materials for senior stakeholders, maintaining accuracy and detail. Orchestrate program communications, event logistics, and calendar management, ensuring seamless execution of milestones, sessions, and events. The Must-Haves Background: Completed BA/BS degree; 0-2 years post-college experience, ideally within a program/project management, Human Resources, or recruiting function. Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in a program/project management role, human resources, or recruiting. Skills: Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills, proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail.
