Title
Urology Clinic RN - Outpatient

Requirements
- Oregon RN License (must be in-hand or pending upon submittal)
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience with urology clinic patient population and procedures
- Strong catheter skills (male & female)
- Comfortable with repeated daily catheterizations and suprapubic catheter changes
- EPIC charting experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to outpatient urology patients, including triage and telephone triage.
- Perform catheterizations, including Foley and suprapubic catheter changes.
- Support urodynamic testing and assist with various urology procedures.
- Administer medications and manage vital signs.
- Handle specimen labeling and urine collection.
- Provide basic wound care and perform suture removal.

Compliance / Notes
- References: 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
- Travelers may be expected to float to nearby sister facilities; refusal may affect assignment/guaranteed hours.
- Pre-start modules required (non-billable; typically ~16 hours); annual modules thereafter.
- Time-off/RTO: Up to 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; additional requests may require client approval.
- Holiday commitment may require working 3 of 5 listed major holidays.
