Job Details

Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
Select tooling, perform offsets, and optimize machining processes.
Conduct first article and in-process inspections.
Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality standards and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC machining experience.
Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting experience.
Experience operating multi-axis CNC mills.
Proficiency with Fanuc controls.
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
Aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing experience preferred.
