The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensures. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to the center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance. Requirements Must possess a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Must have, as a minimum, one year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
