Details Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting 12-week assignment with day shift schedule (5x8 hours, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) On-call responsibilities required Floating within scope to other units as needed based on facility requirements Floating may also be required to other facilities within a 75-mile radius Block scheduling requests are not accommodated Requirements Active OK or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of OR experience required Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS NRP certification preferred EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing required during compliance process if offered Circulating and scrubbing skills required Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID required for consideration Utility bill in candidate's name with matching address within the last three months required for consideration 2 supervisory references required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted Maximum of 5 days of RTO accepted per 13-week assignment, with no holiday RTO permitted Former INTEGRIS employees must have a minimum of 1-year separation from the facility to be eligible Any gaps in work history of 3 months or more must be explained Pending state licenses are not accepted These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
