Habilitation Group Home Caregiver
We have habilitation group homes. Our habilitation group homes are licensed for three individuals. The individuals served can range from bed bound and total care to others that are able to care for themselves.
Habilitation group homes are staffed with caregivers based on the required staffing ratio in the home.
We are looking for self motivated CNAs or caregivers who are excited about caring for this population. Experience is required.
Requirement: 1) Fingerprint card- must obtain seven days after employed. 2) Negative TB results. 3) Additional training: Article 9, Prevention and Support and CPR-must sign up two weeks after employment. 4) Notarized criminal affidavit form-must have seven days after employed.
Our group homes have eight hour or twelve hour shifts based upon the need of the members in the home.
We are looking for PRN pool staff.
