Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR

• 130-bed skilled nursing setting
• In-house therapy team model
• Expected productivity: 85%

Location Highlights

Napa offers access to both outdoor recreation and a walkable downtown setting. Skyline Wilderness Park has more than 25 miles of trails and sits about 10 minutes from central Napa, while the Napa Valley Vine Trail connects key parts of the city for biking and walking.
