At Home Instead, we provide compassionate, non-medical care to seniors. In this role, you'll help us hire great caregivers and ensure every client receives reliable, consistent care.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers (CNAs, PCAs, companions) • Manage job postings (Indeed + applicant tracking systems) • Coordinate caregiver schedules and match them with clients • Fill open shifts and respond quickly to call-offs • Support caregiver engagement and retention efforts • Communicate daily with caregivers, clients, and internal team • Ensure documentation meets company and state standards

What You Bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Experience in scheduling, staffing, or recruiting (preferred) • Comfort with technology (scheduling software, email, ATS)
