Pay Rate: $2,800.00 - $2,900.00 gross per week

Assignment Length: 13 weeks 

EMR: EPIC

Schedule: Night Shift

• 4x10's
• 30 Minute Lunch is required
• 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Rotation
• Holiday Rotation: Every month

Call:  On call

• On call Pager fee: $6/hour (if applicable)
• Call Back: $124.50 (if applicable)

Additional Details about the position

• Standard Outpatient Pharmacist Responsibilities
• Able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy--verifying EPIC orders, checking technician work, answering pharmacist phone calls, etc., providing inpatient and outpatient IVs, and compounding inpatient unit dose meds.
• Night shift does cover multiple hospital orders throughout the organization
• Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, ED 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Required Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred, not required
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT  

• WI State Licensure
