We are seeking motivated Plumbers at varying experience levels, including Journeyman and Apprentice-level professionals , to join our growing team in Oahu, Hawaii.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, dependable, team-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality plumbing work. Compensation will vary based on experience, skill level, and performance.

This position is well suited for plumbing professionals who enjoy working directly with customers, solving problems, working independently in the field, and being part of a collaborative team.

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems

• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, pipe damage, and system failures

• Perform drain cleaning and other plumbing service and repair work

• Install and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers

• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate plumbing issues and recommended solutions

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with dispatch

• Respond promptly to assigned service calls

• Participate in the company's on-call rotation and respond to customer plumbing emergencies as required

• Perform high-quality work while maintaining productivity and performance expectations

• Properly clean, organize, and maintain company-provided equipment and service vehicle

• Maintain accurate documentation regarding work performed, materials used, and service activity

• Follow applicable plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety requirements

• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, professional work environment

• Continuously develop plumbing, technical, customer service, and professional skills

• Plumbing experience at the Apprentice, Journeyman, Service Plumber, or equivalent level

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions appropriate to experience level

• Ability to perform quality plumbing work safely and efficiently

• Ability to maintain regular communication with dispatch and customers

• Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle

• Ability to properly use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to continually learn

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team

• Ability to meet productivity, quality, customer service, and performance expectations

• Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience

• Service and repair plumbing experience

• Customer-facing service experience

• Construction experience

• Drain cleaning and plumbing diagnostic experience

• Experience working from a dispatched service-call environment

• Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM scheduling systems

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Monday through Friday

• Full-time

• On-call rotation required

Our Client offers a competitive compensation package with opportunities for significant performance-based earnings.

• Salary plus performance bonuses with earning potential ranging from approximately $60,000 to $130,000+ depending on experience and performance

This is an in-person position located in Oahu, Hawaii . Candidates must currently reside in the area or be willing and able to relocate prior to starting employment.
