This describes the person we're looking for:

+ Customer-oriented, able to clearly communicate, and focus on customer needs

+ Clean cut, happy to wear a uniform and project our good company image

+ Gets along well with co-workers, wants to excel and continue to grow your existing HVAC skillset

+ Works steadily with a focus on meeting deadlines, handles tight spaces, observes safety guidelines

What you need :

\* The ability to install and new furnace, AC or heat pump without assistance.

\* The ability to direct job helpers.

\* Your own hand tools and a tool bag.

\* The ability to lift 50 pounds safely

\* Proof of a clean driving record (No DUIs in 5 years)

\* The ability to pass an employment background check

\* Aptitude to pass a basic math test
