Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance PTO, paid holidays, medical & dental insurance, and a 401(k) with match Office space and technology provided with employment Paid case consultations Paid continuing education time and CEU credits Paid time for therapy note documentation Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Maintain a caseload of 25 client hours per week (full‑time) Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field Clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) Experience with completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with mental health documentation Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficiency with typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Records systems Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Other Information Flexible work from home options available.
