I'm partnering with a firm that is in need of a Senior Interior Designer with 10–15 years of experience to lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with strong technical skills, client management experience, and a passion for delivering highly customized residential interiors. Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases, including concept design, space planning, construction documentation, construction administration, and installation. Develop presentation materials, technical drawing sets, custom detailing, and FF&E packages for luxury residential projects. Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with firm leadership to ensure design excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 8–12 years of luxury residential interior design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential work from concept through construction. Experience with construction documentation, construction administration, FF&E, and custom detailing. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
