Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Overview Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM – predictable daytime hours, no nights. Optional Saturdays available as needed. Full‑time, immediate openings. Location: 500 N Valley Pkwy Suite 103, Lewisville, TX 75067. We respond to applications within 24 hours. Required Certifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required. Paid RBT certification is covered and must be completed within 20 days of hire. What You’ll Be Doing Follow individualized treatment plans and record session data. Work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and games. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth. Job Requirements Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and frequently getting on/off the floor. Maintain an active pace while working with young children. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Team mindset: willing to support nearby clinics if needed.
