Job Description The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full‑time Hematology‑Oncology Physician to join its thriving practice in the East Midwood section of Brooklyn, NY. The physician will be joining a growing Mount Sinai practice that serves patients from neighborhoods including Midwood, Madison, Marine Park, Mill Basin, East Flatbush, Flatlands, Canarsie, Brighton Beach, and Sheepshead Bay. Candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with the world‑renowned Icahn School of Medicine and will be fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System. Candidates with existing ties to the Brooklyn community or an interest in community relationships are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications Medical Degree from an Accredited University New York Medical License Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team‑oriented, performance‑driven Health System Compensation range: 300K to 425K (not including bonuses or incentive compensation or benefits). Responsibilities Work with a variety of specialties including primary care, cardiology, specialty care, women’s health services (OB/GYN), endocrinology and more. Provide comprehensive medical care in a practice that offers on‑site lab and imaging services. Maintain an established patient panel on day one. Serve a diverse population in a highly desirable neighborhood with excellent school districts. Collaborate with Mount Sinai Heart and world‑class tertiary/allopathic cardiac and surgical care.
