Pave-it LLC is a well established Blacktopping Company serving all over Cincinnati. We are looking for reliable and responsible People with experience in the Asphalt Business. We mainly pave and repair driveways and parking lots. This is a longterm position that requires you to work outside 35- 40 hrs a week. We are located in the Williamsburg Area. Compensation is great, we will make a positive work ethic and motivation worth your while. Experience is a necessary requirement and should be a minimum of a year. We have new equipment and new trucks. Only apply if you have a valid drivers license. Flexible hours and schedules. Part time available

Requirements :

• 1 year of Blacktop experience  previous employment with companies and Credentials or recommendations
• Ability to teach the skills to other workers
• be a team player and work in a crew
• possible crew leader abilities over time
• experience operating equipment like rollers,Compactors possible Paving equipment
• experience driving trucks and trailers
• being aware of safety and practice it on the Job
• valid driver license, possible CDL and clean driving record
• must pass drug test
• must be able to load and unload equipment
