Construction Superintendent

Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent/Foreman to lead crews on commercial and institutional projects in the Augusta area. This role is responsible for day-to-day jobsite operations, including scheduling, quality control, safety, and coordination of labor and subcontractors on drywall, framing, ceilings, doors/hardware, flooring, and related interior fit-out work. Direct and supervise field crews and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite in compliance with OSHA and company policies Read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals Coordinate deliveries, sequencing, and daily progress Communicate clearly with project management, clients, and inspectors Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial or institutional construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/foreman role preferred Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors/hardware, and related systems Proven ability to lead and motivate crews Ability to read construction documents and manage multiple tasks Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Local to the Augusta, GA area preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
