Machine Operator & Polishing

Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and mechanically experienced Machine Operator with hands-on experience in  welding and polishing . The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating machinery, using hand and power tools, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting, and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform welding, grinding, and polishing as needed.
• Inspect machinery and finished products for quality.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment problems or safety concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Mechanical experience required.
• Welding experience required.
• Polishing/grinding experience required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
