Assistant General Manager (Premium) | Caesars Superdome

The Role The Assistant General Manager of Premium Services reports to the General Manager and is responsible for effectively managing day‑to‑day operations across clubs, suites, club level, in‑seat service, and other premium services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage all facets of premium food and beverage operations to meet budget and P&L targets. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff executing the premium business plan. Control labor and COGS costs within budget parameters. Develop annual operating budget and conduct quarterly reviews versus plan. Deliver quality service and products while maintaining positive client relationships and prudent financial practices. Oversee monthly inventory for premium services operations. Establish and maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures, and build working relationships with local health officials. Ensure proper operational condition of all food service equipment. Collaborate with sub‑contractors to meet operational needs and enforce contract terms. Develop new concepts that meet guest desires and reflect industry trends. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop event service staff. Supervisory Responsibilities Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, a candidate must: Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 5‑7 years of management experience in the contract food service industry, with at least 3 years in premium services at a sports or entertainment venue. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline‑oriented environment. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to customer service, initiative, leadership, and management skills. Be available to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Work well in a team environment. Have experience with Appetize and NCR/Quest point‑of‑sales systems. Have knowledge of accounting policy and procedures (preferred).
