Airport Customer Rental Agent

Full-Time | Cedar City, UT

Budget Avis Car and Truck Rental of Utah is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Airport Customer Rental Agent for our Cedar City team.

If you enjoy hospitality, sales, and helping people, this hands-on role combines customer service, vehicle operations, and administrative work. You'll welcome travelers, help them select the right vehicle, explain rental options and upgrades, complete agreements and payments, resolve customer concerns, and help inspect and prepare vehicles between rentals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or rental-car experience is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with customers in a busy airport environment
• Able to remain professional and composed in challenging situations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work weekends and other scheduled shifts
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history; no more than two incidents/accidents within the past three years
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Employment is subject to successful completion of a background check and drug screening
