Registered Nurse Operating Room

We Are Hiring Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility: Ascension Saint Alexius Department: Operating Room Schedule: Day shift l Full-time Salary range: $45.30 - $63.95 per hour What You Will Do Deliver comprehensive care at the Joint Center by performing dual-role scrub and circulating functions for high-volume orthopedic and total joint replacement procedures. Directly assist operating physicians with critical intraoperative tasks, including hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, patient positioning, and meticulous sterile field management. Manage entire surgical workflows by preparing operating rooms, verifying specialized orthopedic instruments, and accurately monitoring and documenting patient conditions before, during, and after surgery. Available for rotating 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM with zero weekend or holiday call requirements. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
