Position OverviewPosting for Contractor ConversionInternational Motors is building a next-generation digital ecosystem powered by Palantir Foundry to enable more proactive, data-driven operations. We are seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer Lead to play a critical role in defining architecture, leading technical strategy, and driving scalable platform development.This role sits within a high-impact development unit of ~20 professionals and will serve as a key technical leader across multiple teams building on top of Foundry.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own system architecture for applications built within the Palantir Foundry ecosystemLead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and sustainable platform solutionsDrive technical decision-making and establish engineering standards across teamsArchitect and deliver integrated tools that support daily operations, customer outreach, offer management, and schedulingGuide development of solutions using Foundry, Marketplace, OSDK, and custom applicationsLead the adoption and implementation of Foundry AI capabilities (AIP, LLMs)Partner with product, UX, and engineering leaders to align technical strategy with business goalsMentor and guide engineers, acting as a technical authority and thought leaderWhat We’re Looking ForDeep expertise in Palantir Foundry, including architecture and large-scale implementationsStrong experience with Marketplace, OSDK, and building complex Foundry applicationsProven ability to define architecture and lead technical strategy across multiple teamsExperience building scalable, enterprise-grade platformsStrong understanding of AI/ML applications, particularly Foundry AIP and LLM integrationsDemonstrated ability to influence, lead, and drive outcomes in complex environmentsHighly proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguityMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 9 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceORMaster's degree and at least 5 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceORAt least 12 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
