Crane OperatorOperate traveling or stationary overhead crane to life, move, and position loads, such as machinery, equipment, products, and solid or bulk materials.Primary ResponsibilitiesObserves load hookup and determines safety of loadManipulates or depresses crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructionsCleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanismInspects crane for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctionsMay attach load to hook or another crane accessory prior to operating craneQualifications· Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience· Crane operator certification· NCCER Certified (written or performance verified)Physical Requirements:· Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive MotionsMoving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
