SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors EC, and hands-on experience delivering HCM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practices.
• Gather and analyze client HR business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops and design sessions with HR stakeholders to define solution architecture.
• Customize system settings including data models, workflows, business rules, event reason derivations, foundation objects, etc.
• Collaborate with other SuccessFactors module consultants (e.g., Recruiting, Performance, Compensation) to ensure a seamless integration.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation of employee and organizational data.
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system optimization services.
• Stay current on SAP SF release updates and recommend new features and improvements to clients.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
• At least 1 full-cycle end-to-end implementation of SF Employee Central.
• Deep knowledge of EC objects such as position management, time off, global benefits, workflows, business rules, and data models.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, or other middleware tools.
• Understanding of SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integration points.
