AED CONSTRUCTORES in Gridley, CA seeks an Occupational Therapist to support a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will help patients regain independence in daily living activities after illness or surgery, focusing on geriatric and post-acute populations.
The role involves evaluating patients, designing individualized treatment plans, training in ADLs, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. California OT license and BLS/CPR are required; minimum 1 year SNF/geriatric OT experience preferred.
