Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; some weekends required
Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to support receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling operations.
Important location information: This position will begin at 306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019, and is expected to transition within approximately 60 days to 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131. Applicants must be able to commute to both locations.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, stock, pick, and ship warehouse materials.
- Load and unload freight safely.
- Operate electric reach trucks, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and electric order pickers.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory.
- Record material movements in warehouse management systems.
- Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and bills of lading.
- Follow customer handling requirements and warehouse safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related warehouse experience; 3 or more years preferred.
- Knowledge of safe material handling and storage practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift and occasional weekends.
- Ability to work at both the Coppell and Fort Worth locations.
