Join our team at Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! Full-time and part-time opportunities available with same day pay.

Available shifts:

• 8 hours shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
• 12 hours shifts: 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM

Pay rate: $18-$26 an hour (all inclusive)

Shift differentials:

• $1.50 for 3 PM-11 PM on weekdays
• $2 for 3 PM-11 PM on weekends

No Frills Program for full-time employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens
• Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met

Qualifications for CNAs:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of Virginia
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
