As a vital member of our agency, youll drive success by implementing effective office policies and supporting smooth daily operations. Your Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads to build lasting client relationships
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Provide tailored insurance quotes, comparing coverage options and pricing
Educate clients with a needs-based approach to help them make informed decisions
Deliver compelling presentations explaining policies and coverage details
Help maintain a well-equipped, customer-focused office environment
Collaborate with your team to achieve agency goals and elevate client experiences

What Were Looking For:

Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Customer service experience required; management experience preferred
Sales experience is a plus
Proactive problem solver and team player
Comfortable with Windows computer applications
Must have a valid Property & Casualty License
