Long Term Substitute Teacher - Morning Star Catholic School Morning Star Catholic School, Tampa, is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Long-Term substitute Primary ESE teacher to join our team. Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and rigorous lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and Catholic teachings. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic growth, character development, and spiritual formation. Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child. Integrate technology effectively into instruction to enhance learning experiences and meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate with other faculty members to plan and participate in school-wide events, professional development activities, and parent conferences. Uphold the mission and values of Bishop Larkin Catholic School by serving as a role model of faith, integrity, and excellence. Qualifications: Demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic education and the teachings of the Catholic Church. Previous experience teaching at the elementary level, particularly in a primary classroom (K-3), is preferred. In addition, also preferred is experience teaching students with learning difficulties and related challenges. Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must undergo a Level 2 background screening and complete Safe Environment Training as required by the Diocese of St. Petersburg.
