Our team environment promotes collaboration among healthcare professionals, ensuring that patient care is both cohesive and comprehensive.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their orthopedic conditions and functional limitations.Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications.Guide patients through exercises and rehabilitation protocols, adapting approaches based on their progress and feedback.Educate patients about their conditions, addressing concerns about body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise strategies.Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress meticulously to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to align on treatment goals and strategies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at raising awareness about orthopedic health.Maintain a positive and motivating environment for patients, providing emotional support and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey.Patient Population / Client FocusThe patients you will serve include a diverse range of individuals recovering from various orthopedic conditions.
