Your Role at Draft As a Bartender at Draft, you play a central role in delivering a world-class beverage experience. You craft specialty drinks, engage guests with confidence and professionalism, and ensure the bar operates efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your attentiveness, knowledge, and teamwork help Draft deliver elevated service and create memorable experiences for every guest. What You'll Be Doing Guest Engagement and Experience Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphereTake beverage orders, provide thoughtful recommendations, and guide guests through menu offeringsEducate guests on beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, including flavor profiles and pairing suggestionsMonitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with RBS standards and local lawsAddress guest concerns proactively to ensure an elevated and memorable experience Drink Preparation and Service Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standardsGarnish and present drinks consistently to uphold Drafts quality expectationsCoordinate with servers and food runners to ensure seamless and timely food and beverage deliveryAdjust service style and pace during high-volume periods, large parties, and special events while maintaining exceptional standards Bar Operations and Inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar including glassware, garnishes, mixers, and iceMonitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and support receiving and tracking of alcohol shipmentsChange kegs and CO2 tanks as needed and promptly report maintenance concernsFollow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol-service policies to ensure guest and team member wellbeingSupport barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operationsPerform additional duties as assigned and trained to support overall restaurant success Who You Are Outgoing, confident, and guest focused with a polished and professional presencePassionate about hospitality and creating engaging bar experiencesKnowledgeable in beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparationAble to stay organized, efficient, and composed during peak service periodsDetail oriented and committed to consistency in quality and presentationSafety minded and responsible when monitoring alcohol serviceA strong communicator and collaborative team playerReliable, energetic, and ready to deliver elevated beachfront hospitality Belmont Park LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
