OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Cantonment, FL by HMD Trucking

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

We're offering top-tier pay at $0.70/mile, extra $0.10 for safety and productivity, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Pilot modern flatbeds from our 500+ unit fleet with APU, inverter, sleeper cab, rider seat, and in-house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and haul flatbed freight nationwide
- Comply with DOT regulations and maintain logbooks
- Inspect and care for assigned equipment
