Senior Digital Marketing - Digital Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing – Digital Growth Specialist to lead and execute our digital growth strategy across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a Software company and a strong understanding of how to market technology products and generate qualified leads through digital channels.

• This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on — capable of developing the overall digital marketing strategy while personally managing campaigns, content, SEO, paid advertising, and media buying.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Act as a Media Buyer, managing budgets, targeting, campaign setup, optimization, and performance.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and qualified leads.
• Lead the content strategy, including content planning, creation, distribution, and optimization across digital channels.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, organic traffic, and lead quality.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research.
• Use analytics and performance data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and other teams to ensure marketing activities support business growth.
• Continuously test new channels, creatives, messaging, audiences, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Mandatory: Previous experience working in a Software, SaaS, or technology company.
• Strong hands-on experience in Paid Ads and Media Buying .
• Strong knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies .
• Strong experience in developing digital marketing and growth strategies .
• Experience managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools .
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital growth initiatives.
• Experience in B2B SaaS / B2B Software marketing .
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth hacking .
• Experience working with sales teams and optimizing marketing campaigns based on lead quality and revenue.
