We are currently seeking a UiPath Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Overview -
NTT DATA is looking for an UiPath Developer with experience in UiPath to join a client-facing project. The selected candidate will be involved in the development, maintenance, and optimization of automated processes, working closely with business and technical teams. Additionally, you will collaborate on a daily basis with the team based in Spain, being part of an international and multi-site coordinated environment

Responsibilities -
Core Delivery
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
- Build end-to-end automation workflows aligned with business requirements
- Analyze and identify processes suitable for automation (feasibility assessment)

Maintenance & Support
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Spain-based teams) in a client-facing setup

Quality & Documentation
- Participate in testing cycles (UAT) and ensure solution quality
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes and automations

Requirements -
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 4+ years of experience in implementing/designing solutions using RPA technologies
3. Good hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and automation
4. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps-driven environments
5. Relevant Experience - Minimum 3+ years
6. Critical thinker and good problem-solver
7. Good oral and written communication skills
8. Cross-team coordination and team collaboration (distributed/global teams)
9. Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
10. Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programing best practices

Skill Matrix -
Mandatory Skill 
- Experience 2 to 3 years in UiPath development
- Proven ability to build end-to-end RPA solutions
- Experience in client-facing environments

Desirable/Nice-to-Have Skill
- Exposure to Power Automate (multi-platform automation capability)
- Experience with APIs and system integrations (enterprise scalability)
- Knowledge of Databases / SQL (data-driven automation)

Soft Skills
