SRM Project Manager

Description Individual will provide support to the greater SRM team, including the SRM Directors, to execute special projects and support day to day execution of the SRM Supplier strategy. In addition, SRM Project Manager will help develop, improve, and implement standard work, process, tools, comms, and other organizational improvements. SRM project manager will also interface with LM business area stakeholders, key functional organizations, and help navigate across the enterprise. Finally, the individual will provide support in the areas of cost negotiations, terms negotiations, and understanding and disseminating Cost/Price Analysis reports to identify negotiation opportunities. Basic Qualifications Project Management experience Supply chain experience Strong Supplier negotiations skills Terms and Conditions negotiation skills Familiarity with cost analysis and price analysis Financial background or Experience with building business cases Desired Skills Manufacturing / Operations Experience Supplier Quality Experience Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence experience Subcontracts Strong presentation skills Drafting and ongoing maintenance of Standard Work Experience Level Experienced Professional Business Unit

Career Area Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain Type Full-Time Shift First Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This salary information is a general guideline only.
