Sanford Health Bemidji, Minnesota is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collegial, well established orthopedic practice serving a strong regional referral base. Join a team of two general orthopedic surgeons, one sports medicine surgeon, one FM sports medicine physician and five advanced practice providers. Option for a 4-day work week. 10 ORs with block time. Two OR days per week. Call - 1:4. Two on-site X-ray suites located within the orthopedic building. Bone health program. Full-service physical and occupational therapy support. 118 bed hospital; 14 bed ICU. Level III trauma center. 142,000 service population.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $631,148 - $816,780 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
