Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current and active Maryland SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY considered)
• Previous school-based experience highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct treatment for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet each student’s developmental and academic needs
• Foster supportive relationships to help students reach their communication goals
• Serve multiple school sites; willingness to travel within the district is essential

Position Details & Perks:

• Contract engagement beginning August 10th, 2026 through June 9th, 2027
