Customer Success Engineer

To ensure customers derive maximum value from products post-purchase, the remote Customer Success Engineer will provide training, deployment support, and ongoing engagement while fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to drive usage through effective segmentation of assets and users Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers to equip them with product knowledge and skills Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and challenges to enhance their experience Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or information security industry Strong technical understanding of Active Directory, REST APIs, scripting technology (Python or PowerShell), and Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) Experience conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing customer needs in a fast-paced environment
