Are you passionate about cars and ready to build a long-term career in the automotive industry? Gallows Road Automotive is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn from experienced Master Technicians . You'll receive on-the-job training, develop valuable technical skills, and have a clear path toward becoming a Certified Automotive Technician.
We'll provide the mentorship and support you need to succeed to enter into the automotive service and repair world.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Automotive Technician, you'll assist with routine automotive services while gaining the experience needed to advance your career.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tire services and tire-related concerns
- Diagnose and replace vehicle light bulbs
- Support Master Technicians with vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and shop tasks
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
- Work closely with the team to ensure efficient daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 2-5 years automotive experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Desire to build a long-term career in automotive repair
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be eligible to obtain Virginia State Safety and Emissions Licenses

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail automotive, tire service, oil changes, or mechanical work are encouraged to apply.
