WHAT YOU'LL DODeliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Help residents regain function, independence, and confidence
Document treatments accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, providers, and families
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
Improve lives every single day

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Colorado COTA License
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services
Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
Can find a hearing aid with less than 5% battery remaining.
Know that "just one quick thing" is never one quick thing.
Have mastered the art of therapeutic encouragement.
Can motivate a resident, educate a family, and complete documentation without losing your sanity.
Understand that every successful discharge feels a little bit like winning the Super Bowl.
