Tamarac, FL | $20-$24/hr Depending On Experience | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling mechanical components for conveyorized car wash systems using hand and power tools. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, willing to support multiple departments as needed, and looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
• Read work instructions, blueprints, and production orders
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate assembly
• Assist with packaging, staging, and general production support
• Support various departments based on production needs

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, or related experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tamarac, FL.

The pay range for this position is $21.73 - $24.13/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
