Senior Paid Performance Manager

This is a senior strategic role, not an operator position. Not looking for someone who just manages Google Ads and Meta campaigns. We need a strategic leader who understands data deeply, can architect paid growth across platforms, and identifies new channels before competitors do. If your experience is limited to tactical campaign management, this will not work.

**What you will do:**

* Own paid strategy across both brands: channel mix, platform selection, budget allocation
* Build and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest
* Test emerging channels (Reddit, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) before they get crowded
* Manage significant ad budgets and make autonomous scaling decisions
* Own analytics infrastructure, tracking, and measurement across all paid channels
* Build dashboards that inform strategic decisions, not just report numbers
* Analyze CAC, LTV, and profitability by channel and cohort
* Run continuous experimentation and kill what doesn't work without waiting for approval
* Present strategy and results to leadership, including failures and learnings

**What we are looking for:**

* Proven experience managing paid performance at scale, across multiple platforms and brands
* Experience managing $10,000+ USD/month in ad spend with autonomous allocation authority
* Deep Google Ads and Meta knowledge, plus experience on at least one additional platform
* Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, and unit economics, not just platform mechanics
* A track record of identifying and scaling a channel before it became saturated
* Comfort deciding with incomplete data and testing hypotheses to validate it

**Good to have:**

* $15,000+/month budget experience
* DTC ecommerce or SaaS growth background
* GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker experience
* Experience mentoring or scaling a marketing function

**What we expect:**

You own outcomes, not tasks. You move without waiting for approval on every call. You defend decisions with data, including the ones that failed. You do not need to be micromanaged, you need to be challenged.

Pay. USD 1,000/month, 150 hrs/month. Fixed, same regardless of location, not a starting point. Reviewed at 90 days. If this does not work for you, please do not apply.
