About the Role:

The Hourly Shift Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-food restaurant in Kissimmee. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing daily staff schedules, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service. The coordinator will work closely with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older
• A current valid Serv-Safe Certification Certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prior management experience
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate shift operations.
